In May 2010, our Australian operations were restructured to become:
- Chadwick T&T Pty Ltd (site investigations, drilling, pavement and geotechnical testing services)
- Tonkin & Taylor Pty Ltd (professional consulting services).

Effective 1 July 2011, the second stage of this restructure took place. Chadwick T&T has been re-branded as Chadwick Geotechnics Pty Ltd, to align with the geotechnical testing and geotechnical equipment supply division of the wider Tonkin & Taylor Group.
Aside from our trading name, logo and website address, nothing changes. Clients will continue to get the same responsiveness and technical excellence in our service that they have always received. Chadwick Geotechnics’ staff remains some of the most experienced and highly regarded in the geotechnical and environmental industries in Australia, and are continually seeking out new employees with diverse experiences and passions to join its team, in order to provide the best service possible to its Clients.
Chadwick T&T has forged a strong reputation in Victoria for technical excellence in geotechnical investigation and testing. Since the merger with the T&T Group, the company’s services have expanded into the areas of:

- State of the art sampling rig capable of running CPT and direct image systems

Chadwick Geotechnics will continue to operate from its laboratory facilities in Keysborough, Warrnambool and Nagambie.
